McCain Speaks like the Privileged, Not the Common Man

You can always tell a Republican. They are never poor. They don't understand what it is to be poor. They run around yelling about cutting vital programs to help those that are poor.

Look at this quote from the misguided speech that McCain delivered tonight.

"These are tough times for many of you. ... All you ever asked of government is to stand on your side, not in your way. And that's just what I intend to do: stand on your side and fight for your future."

Barack wouldn't have phrased it that way. He would have said:

"These are tough times for all of us. All we ever asked of government is to stand on our side, not in our way. And that's just what I intend to do: get government on our side and fight for our future.

Barack is one of us. He always was and he always will be. Sure, he has more money now, than most of us will ever have, even if we win the lottery. But he started out as one of us, and he has not forgotten.

Git 'er done, Barack. We need you.

Palin is Killing the Republicans

Discussions of Vice Presidential Candidate Sarah Palin are everywhere, on every channel, all day long. And everybody is saying the same thing: Sarah Palin is a complete and utter blunder. She has many serious problems that will alienate the voters and divide her own party.

Worst of all, the only reason why McCain would choose a female would be to attract the Clinton voters. That is so very wrong. How dare McCain think that females are going to be drawn to Palin simply because she is a woman.

This is so wrong.

Sarah Palin doesn't have a clue

Watch this interview with vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin. She sidesteps questions about shady politics, and sheepishly admits she doesn't know what a vice president is supposed to do. This can't be good for America.
